We are committed to working together to achieve this goal: All employees and shareholders sign our Commitment Clause to affirm our collective commitment. We have also developed an Action Checklist to ensure that we continuously improve.
We are pursuing a B Corp Germany certification and have completed the B Impact Assessment in all five areas (Governance, Workers, Community, Customers, Environment). We will receive certification as soon as the extensively audited process has been verified. At the same time, the assessment showed us which areas (e.g. sustainable suppliers) have potential for improvement, which is why we have set ourselves concrete goals with an action checklist.
We also convey our mission of strengthening the well-being of all employees internally. We empower our team to work independently and offer everyone extensive opportunities for participation. We are committed to actively involving our stakeholders in our business processes. It is firmly enshrined in our Articles of Association. Our product development is primarily based on the feedback and needs of our customers and app users. We have also established formal participation processes and opportunities for our employees and shareholders.
By continuing to fulfill our mission, we can increasingly give back to the community. By joining the Founders Pledge, our management team has made a binding commitment to donate at least 10% of personal proceeds to charity.
