Job description:

As a working student in Sales, you will support our Sales Managers in their day-to-day work. You will organize the lead pipeline so that our team can process pre-qualified leads as quickly and continuously as possible. We would also like to give you the opportunity to play an active role in other areas based on your strengths and interests.

Your tasks:
  • Your tasks will include company research and lead qualification
  • You support the LinkedIn acquisition and help design the process and content
  • You will support the sales managers in the entire customer journey and you will carry out campaigns independently
  • You create general and customer-specific sales documents
  • You contribute to the continous improvement of the operational sales processes
What you bring to the table:
  • A customer-oriented, reliable, and convincing appearance is a given for you
  • You have a degree in a business or social science subject (ideally a master’s degree in the fields of business psychology, psychology or business administration)
  • You have a good feeling for people and can read between the lines
  • You find it easy to work independently, strategically and persistently on tasks
  • Ideally you are business fluent in German and English
  • Your residence is registered in Germany (for organizational purposes)
No Must, but Nice to Have:
  • Ideally you have first work experience in sales
  • You have experience in and interest in coaching, learning & development, HR
  • You bring experience in the software environment / SaaS environment
