How does onesome work?

Tailored and sustainable development along a clear process

1. Understanding the organization

Development does not begin with software, but with the system in which it is meant to have an impact.
Before Onesome is implemented, we jointly clarify the organizational framework: mission statements and leadership principles, strategic objectives, as well as relevant target groups and typical areas of tension. This context forms the foundation of the entire development process. It shapes the content of the AI coaching and defines how development is measured. At Onesome, each organization defines its own reference framework within which individual development is intended to have an impact.

2. Making context effective in coaching

Organizational frameworks are actively incorporated into the AI coaching.
The organizational reference points clarified in advance flow directly into the AI coaching. They influence which development priorities are set in the coaching, which content is recommended, and which questions are asked. Expectations of roles, typical decision-making situations, and organizational logics form the reference framework for the individual dialogue. As a result, the coaching experience differs not only from one organization to another, but also between roles and individual people. Each coaching experience is consistently aligned with the respective context.

3. Individual development and sparring in everyday work

An AI sparring partner that learns along with you and helps solve real challenges.
Employees and leaders use the AI coaching as part of a development program and/or situationally in their everyday work, for example to prepare for conversations, reflect on decisions, or deal with challenges related to their role and collaboration. The coaching is aligned with both individual and program-related development goals and is structured through a personal development pathway. Employees and leaders gather insights and develop in a way that is close to everyday practice and sustainable. They strengthen their sense of self-efficacy and improve collaboration with others.
The AI Companion continuously supports the development process. With each interaction, the AI gets to know the person better, recognizes recurring patterns, and deepens the sparring over time.
The dialogue is complemented by a Reflection Hub with analyses, a wide range of impulses for reflection and personal development, and role plays in which new behaviors can be practiced in a protected space.
The data is stored privately, remains within the EU, and is neither shared with third parties nor used for training purposes.

4. Deepening through exchange

Individual coaching at Onesome is intentionally complemented by shared reflection and exchange.
Onesome consistently understands development as a social process as well. Individual AI coaching does not take place in isolation, but is systematically complemented by peer coaching and shared reflection formats, without compromising the confidentiality of individual coaching. In structured exchange formats, employees reflect on real questions from their everyday work, gain new perspectives, and share experiences across roles, teams, or functions. These exchange formats can be used independently or deliberately integrated into existing development programs, optionally also in combination with internal or external coaches. Through the community area of the platform, peer coaching sessions can be organized, upcoming exchange formats made visible, and content provided for shared reflection. In this way, Onesome connects individual development with team and organizational development, strengthening impact where collaboration takes place.

5. Insights for leadership and HR

Aggregated and anonymized insights from the coaching make organizational patterns visible and support targeted development.
Onesome can analyze overarching topics and patterns in an aggregated and anonymized way. This makes recurring areas of tension, organizational development needs, and the impact of existing structures in everyday work visible. These insights are directed at management and HR and serve as a sound basis for the further development of learning initiatives, targeted interventions, and transformation processes. A clear boundary applies: only aggregated and anonymized data is used, individual coaching content always remains confidential. In this way, organizational insights are generated without undermining trust or instrumentalizing coaching.
