What is onesome?
AI coaching, ad hoc and sustainable
Leaders and employees use AI coaching situationally in their everyday work, for example to prepare for difficult conversations, reflect on decisions, or deal with tensions within the team. At the same time, Onesome supports the targeted development of cross-functional competencies such as (self-)leadership, communication, decision-making ability, change management, and resilience. The coaching continuously adapts to each individual: the AI learns from personal questions, experiences, and development areas and thus becomes an increasingly precise sparring partner. The system is designed in compliance with GDPR and enables individual coaching while ensuring the protection of personal data.

Development in an organizational context
Onesome anchors AI coaching in the central reference points of the organization, such as mission statements, leadership principles, competencies, role definitions, or strategic objectives. These organizational frameworks actively shape the coaching: they define which development goals are relevant, how the questions and feedback of the AI coaching are formulated, and how development is measured.
