5 reasons for onesome

onesome is based on cutting-edge coaching techniques. Working closely with coaches with many years of experience, the most effective elements from the areas of systemic coaching, psychology of change, transactional analysis and positive psychology are integrated into the app’s functionality. Coaching sessions based on the logic of a real coaching conversation systematically lead users right to the core of the most important insights about themselves.
