Job description:

As Head of Sales, you will take our sales to the next level. You will build up the sales team, sharpen existing processes and establish new structures. You will set the key performance indicators and measure our success along the entire sales pipeline.
In addition, you will proactively engage with potential new clients and develop team, departmental and company-wide projects with them to address challenges and seize opportunities in HR.

Your tasks:
  • You will build, lead and inspire a team of hungry sales people so that we can succeed in line with customers, markets and products, while your team can continuously develop.
  • Establish processes and metrics along the funnel from lead generation to closing.
  • Support other organisational units in representing the company at trade fairs and events.
  • Creatively design and further develop sales strategies and channels. In particular, optimising lead generation and the reliable preparation of sales forecasts.
  • You enjoy having sales conversations and actively shaping customer relationships
What you bring to the table:
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as Head of Sales or a comparable role with P&L and leadership responsibility with a focus on Enterprise Sales. In addition to a strong understanding of sales, you have a successful track record in selling innovative B2B services
  • You have a customer-oriented, engaging and convincing manner
  • You work on tasks independently, strategically, and persistently
  • You have experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • You have an eye for the entrepreneurial and have a sense for what is happening in the rest of the company
  • You can listen, ask questions, and develop creative solutions
  • You are fluent in Business German and English
  • Your residence is registered in Germany (for organizational purposes)
No Must, but Nice to Have:
  • You are passionate about coaching, learning and development
  • Ideally you bring experience in the software environment/ SaaS environment
